28 Days of Christmas

St. Paul, Minn. — We'd like to give you something a little different this year for Christmas. Normally, our holiday music "ramps up" gradually in the first few weeks of the month and leads to an all-Christmas-music sound by December 23rd or so. This year, though, we're going to offer holiday favorites starting November 29. Through December 26, tune in weekdays from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m., and throughout the weekends, too.

We hope you find the sound fun, classy and beautiful--a kind of companion to the season that you can leave on every day, all day. Last year, Classical MPR produced an online stream of all-seasonal music, and everyone I talked to--friends, colleagues, strangers I'd meet--said they loved it. This is the outgrowth of that, sent with our best wishes.

Again, leave the radio on all day every day to Classical Minnesota Public Radio, and be sure to check out our wonderful array of specials that add sparkle to the season.
