The top elections officials in Hennepin, Ramsey and Washington Counties, and 2008 recount attorneys, met at the Humphrey Institute to analyze the counting of the votes in the 2010 Gubernatorial election. DFL-er Mark Dayton leads by 8755 votes with only one county left to certify its votes.
