Change coming to Duluth waterfront

There are several changes afoot in a popular area along Lake Superior in Duluth, Minnesota. One big entertainment venue is closing. Another venue is expanding. And traffic is moving again on the freeway.
MPR's Cathy Wurzer spoke with Minnesota Public Radio News reporter Bob Kelleher, who spoke from our Duluth bureau with a round up of those stories and other news from his region.
