Climatologist reviews huge storm with high winds

MPR's Cathy Wurzer spoke with University of Minnesota Climatologist Mark Seeley about the massive storm that swept in strong winds this week. It also included the lowest barometric pressure recorded in Minnesota. He also taled about the frost today, which is the latest frost in the Twin Cities since 1973.
