Storm winds halt shipping activity in Duluth

St. Paul, Minn. — The winds from a massive storm that stretches from the Dakotas all the way to the eastern Great Lakes has shipping activity in and around Duluth at a virtual halt.

Jim Sharrow, facilities manager at the Duluth Port Authority, joined All Things Considered host Tom Crann by phone from Duluth.
