Major party candidates for governor square off on health care

The three major party candidates for governor in Minnesota --Republican Tom Emmer, Democrat Mark Dayton, and Independence Party candidate Tom Horner-- focused on health care issues at a debate sponsored by the Minnesota Hospital Association and Aging Services of Minnesota.
