St. Paul, Minn. — Minnesota's oldest artistic organization, the Schubert Club in St. Paul, unveiled a new logo Wednesday.
The stylized S-shape resembles a musical clef sign. Schubert Club Artistic and Executive director Kathleen van Bergen said the new logo allows the Schubert to have a focused identity across its concerts, education programs and museum.
"Something that is consistent throughout all of our activities that people are reminded 'This is the Schubert Club,'" van Bergen said. "We share the finest of musical arts whether you are in a concert setting, an education or scholarship setting or our in our physical museum space."
The Schubert Club is also launching a new magazine "An Die Musik," which will list upcoming concerts and other activities. The Schubert also announced that 10,000 people have visited the Club's new museum on the second floor of the LandMark Center since it opened nine months ago.
