Kele performs live in The Current studios

St. Paul, Minn. — Kele is the new side-project from Bloc Party vocalist Kele Okereke. In an effort to focus more on his interest in dance music and fuel his creativity, he released the album "The Boxer" in June.

Kele stopped by The Current to perform stripped down arrangements - just piano and vocal - of two of the songs from his new album. He chatted with Mac Wilson about his songwriting process as well as his live shows.
