Regional Spotlight: Copper Street Brass

St. Paul, Minn. — The Copper Street Brass Quintet was featured last year at the State Fair.

They won many fans for themselves with their stylish playing and unfussy presentation of a whole gamut of works for brass quintet, from glowing standard classical pieces to cool jazz and spicy tangos.

Since then the group has gone from strength to strength.

Bill Morelock hosts the Copper Street Brass at the MPR booth at the State Fair this Sunday.

The group is also in the Regional Spotlight this Thursday afternoon.
