Welcoming new U.S. citizens in St. Paul

Nearly 400 people took the Oath of Allegiance in two naturalization ceremonies at Landmark Center in St. Paul, on Thursday, August 26, 2010. About 9,000 Minnesotans a year become citizens at similar ceremonies.
