St. Paul, Minn. — A grand jury in Moorhead has charged a Naytahwaush man with first-degree murder in the deaths of two people found in a burned apartment complex in February.

The indictment against Tracy Alan Zornes was issued Wednesday in Clay County.

Zornes is also charged with arson and theft of a motor vehicle.

John Phillip Cadotte and Megan Joy Londo were found dead in the burned apartment complex on Feb. 19. Authorities determined a fire had been intentionally set.

Authorities had previously called Zornes a person of interest in the deaths.

Zornes was to appear in court Thursday afternoon.
