1975: Minnesotans remember wide open spaces

St. Paul, Minn. — Today you have to really search out open land.
You know, land not criss-crossed with roads and marked by houses, shopping malls and parking lots.
Minnesota may be the land of 10,000 lakes -- but there's a road or two leading almost all of them.
In this 175 report from the MPR archives, Minnesotans share their memories of the vast countryside and hushed sounds of the prairie.
