On the ground in Pakistan after devastating floods

The death toll in Pakistan is rising even as more rain is on the way to the flooded regions of the country. More than 1,400 people are dead and 3 million have been forced from their homes as a historically strong monsoon season wiped out towns and villages in many parts of the country.

The Minneapolis-based American Refugee Committee operates refugee camps in Pakistan. Their staff there is now working with this new humanitarian crisis.
