A weekend festival in Lake Wobegon country

Freeport, Minn. — The Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Freeport, Minn. puts on a big show every July that attracts hundreds to the small town in the heart of dairy farm country.

Garrison Keillor wrote in his book "In Search of Lake Wobegon" that Freeport and surrounding towns were the inspiration for Lake Wobegon.
