St. Paul, Minn. — William Gurstelle is a scientist, engineer, inventor, writer and one of the twelve on Wired Magazine's 2009 "Smart List."

He is a best selling author of books with titles that sound more dangerous than smart: "Backyard Ballistics" and "Absinthe and Flamethrowers: Ruminations on the Art of Living Dangerously."

Bill also just happens to love classical music and joined me as a co-host on Classical MPR choosing four pieces that get the blood boiling and the ideas flowing.

Next Saturday, Saint Paul Mayor Chris Coleman shares music that helps him run a city.
