Chastity Brown performs in The Current studios

St. Paul, Minn. — Southern-raised songstress Chastity Brown brought her soul- and jazz-tinged folk north to Minneapolis in 2005. Whether performing solo or with her band, Chastity's emotive storytelling and bluesy voice have an electrifying effect on audiences.

"High Noon Teeth" is the latest full band album from Chastity Brown and will be released at the Cedar Cultural Center on June 12th. Previous releases from Chastity include 2009's "Sankofa" and 2007's "Do the Best You Can."
