Regional Spotlight: Grand Symphonic Winds

St. Paul, Minn. — Twin Cities civic band Grand Symphonic Winds has only just returned from their successful trip to China. They performed in both Beijing's affectionately names "Egg" and in Shanghai for the International Band Expo.

On the Regional Spotlight for May 13, the band performs University of Southern California professor Frank Ticheli's "Blue Shades."
