St. Paul, Minn. — Zach Rogue probably has a perfect name for driving electro-pop music. The Bay Area native founded Rogue Wave in 2002 after losing a job and refocusing his life around music, which was probably a good idea in retrospect. His new album, "Permalight," is out on Brushfire Records.
