Flood forecast anticipates rising Red

Forecasters with the National Weather Service are predicting that the Red River in the Fargo - Moorhead area could be dangerously high by this weekend. That's quite a bit earlier than when we usually see spring flooding in that area.
MPR's Cathy Wurzer spoke with Minnesota Public Radio News reporter Dan Gunderson, who was at the Fargo City Hall awaiting a morning news briefing with officials.
