St. Paul, Minn. — Minneapolis public schools has designated a new superintendent, Bernadeia Johnson, to take over for the resigning Bill Green. Johnson and St. Paul's superintendent Valeria Silva join Midmorning to share their vision for overcoming the achievement gap in Twin Cities public schools.
