Legislative leaders discuss state budget

The state's budget deficit has narrowed to $994 million, but fixing it won't be easy. DFL House Speaker Margaret Anderson Kelliher and DFL Senate Majority Leader Larry Pogemiller join Midday in the studio to discuss what to do about the deficit and other issues at the Capitol.
