Baldwin Township: A Portrait

For generations, Baldwin Township was populated almost entirely by family farms, vacation cabins and seemingly endless groves of pine trees. Then, in the early 1990s, this tiny slice of rural Minnesota became one of the fastest growing communities in the state.
