Bonding and health care on the Capitol agenda

It's the first full week of the 2010 legislative session, and state lawmakers have a full agenda ahead of them. They are focusing on a $1 billion bonding bill, and an extension of a health care program for the poor. MPR's Phil Picardi spoke with reporter Tim Pugmire about the week ahead at the Capitol.
