Author of "torture memos" discusses presidential power

Former Bush Administration Justice Department lawyer John Yoo spoke at the Commonwealth Club of California about presidential power in times of national crisis. Yoo is best known as one of the authors of the "torture memos," which provided the basis for enhanced interrogation of enemy combatants.
