Health care reform legislation: where does it go from here?

The election of Republican Scott Brown to the Senate likely has thrown a wrench into Congressional Democrats' plan to have a health care reform bill on the President's desk by the State of the Union. Republicans say the effort should be scrapped altogether, but Obama administration officials say abandoning the bill is not an option.
