Stress-testing the recovery: Following up

After wrapping up the Stress-testing the Recovery series, All Things Considered followed up with a couple of the people most affected by the recession.

Both Mike Mohler and Guy Gangl lost their jobs during the downturn. Mohler used to sell radio ads in the Bemidji area, and Gangl mined taconite near Hibbing until the steel plant there cut operations.

Since, the national unemployment numbers were released today - ATC wanted to check back in with them to see how the national trends compare to two Minnesota cities hit hard in the recession.
