More I-35W/Highway 62 ramp closures scheduled

St. Paul, Minn. — More detours are scheduled this week during reconstruction of the Interstate 35W and Highway 62 interchange.

MnDOT plans to close the ramp from northbound I-35W to westbound Highway 62 and 58th Street Wednesday and Thursday nights. The ramp will be closed from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. those two days.

Officials said the closure is needed so that demolition of the eastbound and westbound Highway 62 bridges spanning Highway 121 can continue.
