How the Nobel Peace Prize impacts Obama's agenda

President Barack Obama said this morning he accepts the Nobel Peace Prize as a "call to action." Two international relations experts join Midday to discuss the award and its impact.
- J. Brian Atwood: Dean of the University of Minnesota Humphrey Institute. Chair of the Board of Trustees, American Field Service International. Former adminstrator of US Agency for International Development, former Assistant Secretary of State in Clinton administration, and former Assistant to the Secretary of State in the Carter administration.
- Richard Stoll: Professor of political science, Rice University in Houston TX. Specializes in international conflict and American defense policy.
