8 Minnesota Army reservists gear up for Iraq

St. Paul, Minn. (AP) — Eight Army reservists from Minnesota about to ship off for Iraq are getting a send-off at Fort Snelling.

The soldiers being called to active duty are from the 847th Adjutant General Company Detachment.

A farewell ceremony was scheduled for Monday morning.

The unit also saw a small number of reservists from Minnesota called up in July.
