Afghanistan: Send more troops soon or wait?

Gen. Stanley McChrystal will submit a troop request for Afghanistan next week to the Obama administration.
The request was said to be delayed because of McChrystal's leaked predictions that violence would continue to escalate in Afghanistan unless more troops were sent.
Some worry the Obama administration is pulling back from previous support for the war.
