Reading the Vikings

It's the Vikings in Cleveland for the season opener this Sunday afternoon. Brett Favre is saying that, at age 39, he's ready to go, but he's "not physically 100 percent."

Because of Favre, there is more interest in the Vikings opener this year than there has been in many years.

To prepare for the season, Tom Crann talked to Armand Peterson. He edited "The Vikings Reader" a new collection of Vikings history and journalism published just in time for the Vikings 49th season.

Armnand Peterson has been there from the beginning, he was at Met Stadium for the very first Vikings game.
