Getting around tight credit: a virtual forum

The federal government has tried to respond to the credit crunch hitting small businesses. The Small Business Administration created a $255 million program this spring to provide guaranteed, zero interest loans to help small companies weather the downturn.
At the start of his health care speech last night, President Obama even restated his commitment to businesses that need capital and credit.
But, are businesses actually getting easier credit?
This week, Minnesota Public Radio News convened a group of small business owners to find out. From manufacturers to single-person contractors, we wanted them to talk about their experiences in this downturn.
MPR's Michael Caputo moderated the forum and he talked with Tom Crann about the responses of the participants.
