St. Louis Park, Minn. (AP) — The Hennepin County medical examiner's office has released the name of the window washer who died after falling three stories outside Park Nicollet Methodist Hospital in St. Louis Park.
Authorities say 24-year-old Bryan Prairie of Plymouth died of blunt-force injuries to his head and neck.
Prairie and a co-worker were working near the entrance to the emergency room Thursday afternoon when they fell.
The other window washer suffered unspecified injuries but was alert and talking when rescue workers arrived.
The window washers worked for CID Services. Company owner Chris Bemis says Prairie had a wife and young son, and the company's deepest sympathies are with Prairie's family.
He says Prairie was washing windows while he looked for a job as a nurse.
