Gang Strike Force under legislative spotlight

Four Minnesota legislative committees hold a joint hearing today to discuss what went wrong with the now defunct Metro Gang Strike Force. MPR's Cathy Wurzer spoke with DFL State Rep. Michael Paymar who chairs the House Public Safety Finance Committee, one of the panels participating in the hearings.
