Reward offered for information on Minneapolis shooting
by Elizabeth Baier, Minnesota Public RadioSt. Paul, Minn. — Police are asking for the public's help in finding the killer of a man gunned down in stairwell in Minneapolis last month.
On July 25, officers with the Minneapolis Police department responded to a shooting shortly after 2 a.m. in the 5300 block of Chicago Avenue South.
When the officers arrived, they found an adult male with a gunshot wound lying dead in a stairwell.
Crime Stoppers is offering up to a $1,000 reward for information that leads to an arrest and conviction.
Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477). Callers can remain anonymous.
