Oberstar and Obama on collision course over transportation

Minnesota Democratic Rep. Jim Oberstar, who chairs the House Transportation committee, told an audience at the University of Minnesota that the White House is dragging its feet over his proposal to overhaul the U.S. transportation system. MPR's Cathy Wurzer spoke with Larry Jacobs, a political scientist at the U of M's Humphrey Institute. He moderated the event where Oberstar spoke about his frustration with the Obama administration.
