A ceremony at the Vietnam Veteran's memorial Wednesday marks the death of two military advisors in Vietnam in July of 1959, which is considered by some as the beginning of the war. Historian Robert Dallek talks about the early years of the war, and the man who couldn't escape its shadow: Robert McNamara.
