Rep. John Kline talks about the Card Check legislation

Congressman John Kline is closely identified with military issues, but, now he's assuming a new leading role in Education and Labor issues.

House Republicans elected Kline to be the Ranking Minority Member of the Education and Labor Committee this month. He'll lead the GOP's response to the contentious Employee Free Choice Act. The Card Check legislation could make it easier for employees to organize into unions.

Minnesota's 2nd District Republican Congressman John Kline joined Tom Crann from Washington.
