St. Paul, Minn. — Former State Finance Commissioner Jay Kiedrowski served in the Rudy Perpich administration in the mid-1980s. He is now a senior fellow at the Public and Non Profit Leadership Center at the University of Minnesota's Humphrey Institute of Public Affairs.
Kiedrowski also co-chaired the state Budget Trends Study Commission, which reported on state budget issues last winter.
Kiedrowski spoke to MPR's Gary Eichten about Gov. Pawlenty's budget-cutting plans.
