Unallotment: Reaction to Gov. Pawlenty's budget cuts

In an effort to close the state's budget gap, Gov. Pawlenty has announced his intentions to cut $300 million in local government aid and $236 in health and human services spending, as part of a total of $2.7 billion in cuts.
