Summer in Minnesota is a fleeting season, and one of the ways we Minnesotans try to make it last is with a variety of small-town summer festivals. MPR's Cathy Wurzer spoke with Morning Edition arts commentator and St. Paul Pioneer Press theater critic Dominic Papatola who is a lover of such festivals.
