St. Paul, Minn. — Sometimes a fresh change of scenery can spark the creative process. That's the story behind Randy Weeks' latest album, "Going My Way."

Weeks is from Windom, Minn., originally. After high school he made his way to the Twin Cities to pursue a music career, and eventually moved to the West Coast. This past year he moved yet again to Austin, Texas, and the musical floodgate opened up.

Weeks passed through Minnesota this spring and stopped in the Radio Heartland studio to play a tune from his new album, as well as two songs yet to be released.

Songs performed: "Couldn't Make It," "Your Lucky Day," and "You'd Better Be Nice."
