Supreme Court rules FCC can fine broadcasters for indecency

In a key First Amendment ruling today, the U.S. Supreme Court ruled the Federal Communications Commission can fine broadcasters for fleeting expletives. The longtime president of the ACLU spoke on this subject at the University of Minnesota Law School in April.
