Armed robbery prompts school lockdown

St. Paul, Minn. — An elementary school in St. Paul was locked down for a brief time this morning.
St. Paul police say the move was a precaution after shots were fired during an armed robbery about a block from Crossroads Elementary, near Dale and Front.
It happened as children and buses were arriving for the school day -- students who were waiting outside were sent inside... And some buses were diverted.
But no one was hurt during the robbery or at the school - police say they have not caught the two suspects.
