Obama says economy is showing signs of progress

Speaking at Georgetown University, President Barack Obama proclaims signs of economic progress, but also warns Americans eager for good news that the country is not yet out of the woods.

His latest remarks come as he nears the symbolic 100-day mark in office, important because that has become a traditional marker by which to judge new administrations.
