The proposed Central Corridor light rail line is another step toward being built.
The Metropolitan Council, which is planning the line, and Minnesota Public Radio have agreed on ways to mitigate the effect that noise and vibration will have on MPR.
The agreement resolves a significant issue for the line, but it still faces obstacles. MPR's Cathy Wurzer spoke with Peter Bell, the chairman of the Met Council.
