FDA oversees Big Tobacco

The House just passed a bill putting Federal Drug Administration in charge of regulating tobacco. A rival approach to regulation will also be considered in the Senate and Midmorning asks what the FDA's first moves will be and what impact this will have on the industry and smokers themselves.
