Congress begins the budget wrangling

Republicans in Congress have a new counter budget proposal that in part would require workers younger than 55 enroll in a private plans, as alternative to Medicare. It's just one of the ways the GOP is attempting to counter a $3 trillion plus budget supported by President Obama and his Democratic supporters.
