St. Paul, Minn. — Bob Mould, a musician famous as a solo artist and as a former member of bands Husker Du and Sugar, has started out his 2009 with the release of his ninth solo record, "Life and Times."

Mould's career began with Husker Du in Minneapolis during the 1980s and led to a wide variety of artistic endeavors, eventually ranging from rock to solo electronica to WCW script writing and back again. In his latest release, Mould comfortably explores themes of love and lust through his wide range of musical experience.

Songs performed: "I'm Sorry, Baby, But You Can't Stand In My Light Anymore," "The Breach," and "Life and Times."
