Gary Louris and Mark Olson perform in The UBS Forum at Minnesota Public Radio

St. Paul, Minn. — Some twenty years after forming the Jayhawks, Gary Louris and Mark Olson return to their native Twin Cities to share several songs from their new CD, "Ready For The Flood."

After releasing seven albums under several incarnations of their band, The Jayhawks, the duo reunited in 2008 to record this heavily acoustic album.

These highly anticipated recordings from Louris and Olson reflect the weaving, seamless sound that has become their trademark after years of making music together.

Songs performed: "Turn Your Pretty Name Around," "Saturday Morning on Sunday Street," "When The Wind Comes Up," "Life's Warm Sheets," and "The Rose Society."
